Heavenly Deviled Eggs

They might not be the prettiest but can say that these Deviled Eggs are so heavenly because not only are they are yummy but also easy to make. The best thing about it is most of the ingredients are likely already in your kitchen.

There were supposed to be 12 half eggs here but my sister got hungry and ate one hehe

6 hard boiled eggs ( make sure you immediately soak the eggs  to cold water after cooking for easy peeling)

yes I know the eggs aren’t perfect. we made a mistake of letting the eggs soak in the cooking pot. As a result, the shells got stuck on the eggs.

6 boiled egg yolks

2 1/2 Tbsps. of Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. of Yellow Mustard

1/2 tsp. of Paprika

1/2 tsp. of Black Ground Pepper

1/2 tsp. of Sriracha  Hot Sauce ( add more if desired)

Personally I’d put about a teaspoon but some people at home can’t eat spicy food.

You might also need a piping bag or a Ziploc as substitute for easy and neat filling.

1. Cut the unshelled eggs in halves and separate the whites from the yolks.

2. Mix all the ingredients for the filling using a spatula

3. Put the mixture in a piping bag or Ziploc with a cut tip (make sure the hole is big enough for the mixture to come out)

Piping tip for beginners like me: Avoid over-filling by filling the eggs little by little. Give your eggs equal love and attention. Left over filling can be used as space cover up to some eggs that have the least filling
